Halloween Decor

Here are some things I made last year for Halloween......

Use your old boxes to make headstones. Paint them black and write names on them and place them around your front yard or house. Takes just 5-10 mins to paint. You can also use black wrapping paper.

Use white trash bags to make ghosts. Just stuff the heads with newspaper or old fabric, tie the stuffing in place with string or a rubber band and draw a face on them with marker or paint.

This one we made because my mom had a Scream t-shirt, so we used it as a pillow case on a small pillow so the head would look stuffed and tied it as tight as we could and used an old black sheet to create the body. I didn't attach them together, I just nailed/stapled them in to the wooden panel to look like one piece. Worked out great and the kids found it fun and spooky to have to walk under the sheet to get candy as it got darker.

Enjoy.

Sketch and Water Color

Sketches from high school years--- Excuse the poor picture quality and glare, I don't intend to sell these at this time.

Watercolors from high school years

Vincent Van Gogh

After watching a movie about Vincent Van Gogh when I was 10, he was officially my favorite artist. I bought every book I could find on him. Here are two paintings I painted at age 11 using his paintings as a model.

These paintings are not for sale at this time.

Wall Art Quotes

The canvas panels come in various sizes and I usually just put them up with a nail right through the top or with double sided wall adhesive. Light weight and thin. I can make this in any color, with any quote and/or design. Font can be print or cursive. I tried this odd cursive font to match other artwork we have.
